What are your store hours?
Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday – 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday – 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
Can I still rent or request services after hours?
Yes, but there will be an additional charge.
How do I book a date for my event?
You must pay a deposit, which is half of your total cost.
Recommended – You pay in full.
What forms of payment do we accept?

Invoice: You will be charged a processing fee
What if I rent an item during a Holiday or after business hours?
Equipment can be returned on the next business day. Please call for after-hours/holidays rates.
Do we offer Delivery and Pickup?
Yes, we offer both options.
Do I need to clean the equipment before returning?
*PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY CLEANING PRDUCTS ON ANY MACHINES. A cleaning fee will be charged during booking. (Soap and Water) permitted.
What size tent & type of chairs do you carry?
We have a 10×20/White tent available in our inventory as well as white fanback chairs.
